Job Qualification

  • Culinary Diploma / Certificate
  • With at least 2 years experience in pastry production
  • Knowledgeable in ALL aspects and processes of gluten-free pastry kitchen
  • Familiarity with pastry production equipment
  • Manages the outputs and production operations of the pastry kitchen
  • Ensure the complete delivery of orders in a shift
  • Can carry heavy loads and must be physically fit
  • Knowledgeable in proper raw materials storage and food safety management
