- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or any equivalent 4-year course.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Manage the business performance of the restaurant in accordance to the targets set.
- Assist Branch Manager in assessing restaurant sales and profitability.
- Manage shift in accordance to the standards in quality control, safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Implement company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent guest experience and guide staff in providing high level of service.
