HEAD CHEF

Job Qualification

  • HRM / Management / Culinary Arts graduate or equivalent
  • At least 5 years experience in the same capacity – Filipino Cuisine (a plus)
  • Responsible for the overall kitchen operations of the business
  • Ensuring proper and correct documentations of the business’ entire menu’s recipes and ensuring documentations are updated every time changes
  • Work hand-in-hand with the business owner to conduct reviews of the business’ operational processes, identify and implement necessary changes and potential improvements
