- HRM / Management / Culinary Arts graduate or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in the same capacity – Filipino Cuisine (a plus)
- Responsible for the overall kitchen operations of the business
- Ensuring proper and correct documentations of the business’ entire menu’s recipes and ensuring documentations are updated every time changes
- Work hand-in-hand with the business owner to conduct reviews of the business’ operational processes, identify and implement necessary changes and potential improvements
