Job Qualification

  • HRM graduate or of any related course
  • 3-5 years work experience in hotels / resorts
  • Manage food & beverage department by planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating daily operations
  • Preparation of weekly / monthly schedule for the F&B department
  • Ensure all staff are meeting all established standards of service
  • Identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
