Job Qualification

  • Graduate of a 4-year course (HRM or any related)
  • At least 2 years work experience in operations of restaurant or F&B retail chain as Dining/Restaurant Supervisor
  • Background in POS System
  • Skilled in using computer applications (MS Office) to collate/summarize data & prepare reports
  • Knows how to handle customer complaints/feedback & resolve incidents well
  • Supervise the daily shift activities of the restaurant
