Operations Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience including managerial position
  • Experience on food and beverage retail operations is a plus
  • Strong PC skills (Word and Excel) required
  • Ability to work independently and with leadership capability
  • Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication, interpersonal and analytical thinking

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with Area Retail Supervisor to determine staffing requirements, effectively recruit, induct, lead, manage, train and develop Area Retail Supervisor, Retail Supervisor and Crew based on the Company's procedures and standards
  • Ensure that all performance and other issues within the store are addressed in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Assign target revenue, coordinate, manage and monitor the efficiency of each store
  • Formulate and implement operations policies and procedures to maximize output
  • Monitor adherence to all rules and regulations
  • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions
  • Recommend locations for new facilities or oversee the remodeling of current facilities
  • Meet with Area Retail Supervisors regularly to check each store's performance, discuss updates, issues, concerns and determine areas of improvement. Develop ways to resolve operations issues
  • Confers and cooperates with management personnel in formulating administrative and operational policies and procedures
  • Direct investigations and resolve customer complaints. Coordinate with the complainant to update him/her on the complain status
  • Approves manpower movement and requisition
  • Recommends and assist in employee appraisals, promotions, compensation and termination based on the performance review
  • Handle franchises concerns such as ordering, product complain, marketing requirements and other related matters
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed by the Top Management
