Dining Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 years and up experienced employees specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati or Taguig

Job Description:

  • Analyzing and planning outlet sales level, profitability and have it approved by higher management
  • Train and motivate staff to achieve company's goal and reprimand erring employee
  • Constantly working to improve the hygiene standards and service
  • Planning Staff schedules
  • Manage efficient and courteous food and beverage service to all customers
  • Communicate well with clients and responds positively to queries
  • Solve customer and operations problems by efficient decision making
  • Monitor and improve workplace operations and workflows
  • Ensure the opening and closing procedures are adhered to in line with company policy
  • Maximize sales at every opportunity
  • Manage stock thru timely inventory
  • Implement disciplinary procedures if necessary
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned bu upper management
