HR Director


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Food and Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Adept in organizational development, recruitment, performance management and labor law
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills, leadership and time management skills
  • Solid experience in training and organizational development
  • Excellent command spoken and written English, other language ability would be an advantage
  • Have knowledge of employment legislation of Manila
  • Excellent leadership and people management experience and able to work independently
  • Ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong team player with the ability to drill down on important issues and be directly involved in day-to-day execution

Job Description:

  • Development and implement HR strategic improvement plan: succession planning, leadership and functional competency management
  • Lead HR assignment including but not limited to talent management, employee engagements, recruitment tactics and reward strategies
  • Supervise and lead the local and regional HR to deliver operational support
  • Assist business unit managers on all HR matters, provide recommendations and assist in planning 
  • Strengthen performance management and appraisal process and deploy through regions
  • Work closely with the management team towards strategic planning and solutions
  • Driving design and structure to optimize compensation and benefits throughout organization
  • Manage and make improvement in workflow to maximize staff productivity and make the best uses of company resources
  • Work with other related functions to in line with the mission and vision of the organization
  • Provide professional HR advice to other business units
  • Ad hoc projects
