Finance Manager

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional License, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • Hotel/Resort or hospitality industry corporate finance office working experience
  • Solid hands on working with Uniform System of Accounts for Lodging industry a must. Also prior experience in preparing Financial Reports and in Budget preparation (Uniform System) are all basic requirements
  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Can work under pressure, assertive, and must be a team player

Job Description

  • Oversee the operations of the treasury department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate achieving the department's foals and objectives
  • Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
  • Ensure the sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
  • Maintain banking relationships
  • Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure
  • Arrange for equity and debt financing
  • Manage the preparation of the company's budget
