Accounting Manager


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors' Degree in Accountancy or equivalent experience
  • Preferably Certified Public Accountant
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience including supervisory position
  • Experience in Accounting on food and beverage retail operation is a plus
  • Strong PC skills (Word and Excel) required
  • Ability to work independently and with leadership capability
  • Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication, interpersonal and analytical thinking

Job Description:

  • Supervise and guide the entire Accounting team by coordinating activities and answering queries; assist in hiring and training of accounting staff
  • Prepares asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Summarizes current financial status of the Company by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
  • Prepare, analyze and review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts
  • Schedule monthly inventory
  • Prepares and compute all BIR reports and documents
  • Prepare and report Profit and Loss to the Management
  • Attend to BIR cases / Letter of Authority (LOA)
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed by the Top Management
