Restaurant Manager


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Food and Beverage Services Management or equivalent
  • With at least 3 years of working experience in an upscale casual and fine dining restaurant
  • Working knowledge on Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Hospitality; Implementation and Audit; Profit and Loss Analysis; Manpower Management; Management Team Development; Financial and Inventory Management; Sales and Building and Marketing Management; People Development and Resource Management
  • With high integrity and flexible
  • Must have excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Must have strong sense of leadership and organizational skills

Job Description:

  • Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
  • Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
  • Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
  • Creating and executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development
  • Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant scheduled shifts
  • Responding to customer complaints
  • Recruiting, training and motivating staff
